About
Shahar Ami Kedmi is a designer and developer based in Israel. He created The Word Clock — a minimalist web application that displays the current time in words across six languages: Hebrew, English, Spanish, French, Russian, and Arabic.
With a background in software development and a passion for minimalist design, Shahar built The Word Clock as a quiet alternative to the noise of digital life. The project reflects his belief that the best products are the ones you barely notice using.
Shahar is also developing the Word Clock Frame — a physical E-Ink display that brings the same concept to your desk or wall. Silent, beautiful, and powered by electronic ink.
